On a scale from one through ten: how awesome is mike nesmith?

I would give him a solid 8 and I mean that in the best way possible. While I disagree with 10 rating (that's reserved for the absolute best like Bob Dylan and maybe Townes Van Zandt), I do think he deserves a lot more credit than he'll probably ever get.
